What People Mean By This
The first marriage that ends the same way. The money that arrives and disappears. The same illness at the same age. The men in the family who don’t reach sixty. A run of misfortune specific enough that coincidence stops being a satisfying explanation.
The Honest Framing
Families transmit a great deal without anything supernatural involved: patterns of behaviour, ways of choosing partners, attitudes to money, unspoken rules about what people like us are allowed to have. Much of what gets called a generational curse is that - and much of it is better addressed by a good therapist than by me.
I’m telling you this because it’s true and because it narrows the work to where it actually helps.
What I address is the part that doesn’t respond to insight. The pattern you can see clearly, name accurately, and still cannot step out of. Where something was set in motion - a wrong done, a wrong received, an oath, a hard rupture in the family line - and has been running since.
The assessment tells us which of the two you’re dealing with, and I’ll say plainly if I think the answer is the first one.
What the Work Involves
Assessment. [E] Tracing the pattern back - what repeats, in which line, from roughly when. What I’m looking for is the origin rather than its current expression, because clearing the expression alone means it returns in the next generation.
A multi-week clearing. [E] Work aimed at the line rather than at you alone, released at the origin and then forward through the generations to the present. This is longer and heavier than most services here, which is why it costs more.
A protective closing, so that what’s cleared doesn’t re-attach.
A written report and 30 days of support.
What You’ll Need to Provide
More than for any other service, and the quality of the work depends on it.
The pattern itself - what repeats, to whom, at what age. Names and dates of birth for yourself, your parents, and your grandparents if you have them. Which side of the family it runs in, if you know. Anything you know about where it might have started: a rupture, a wrong done or suffered, a family story that gets half-told.
If your family doesn’t talk about it, say that too. It’s information.
Realistic Timeline
This is the slowest work I do.
Weeks 1-4: during and just after the working, people often report unusually vivid dreams involving family members, sometimes ones they never met. This is normal.
Months 1-3: the pattern typically loosens rather than disappears. The most common report is a decision made differently - a choice that in previous years would have gone the familiar way, and didn’t.
Beyond three months: this is generational work and it isn’t finished in a season. The report includes what to watch for over the year that follows.
