What the Cleansing Involves
Initial energy assessment. Before the cleansing begins, I perform a reading of your current energetic state — where the heaviest accumulations are, whether there are any specific attachments draining you, and whether a standard cleansing or more targeted work is needed.
The cleansing ritual. The ritual uses smoke cleansing (white sage and palo santo), salt work, crystal energy (selenite for clearing, black tourmaline for protection), and intention-based energy removal. For more significant blockages, additional techniques drawn from folk traditions are incorporated.
Protection seal. After clearing your field, I place an energetic protection seal to prevent the same type of accumulation from happening immediately again.

Does it last permanently?
